Understanding the Dashboard

Get a quick overview of your recent activity, performance, and upcoming campaigns—all in one place.


The Dashboard is your starting point when logging into the platform. It provides a high-level view of your communication activity, helping you quickly understand what has happened recently and what is coming next.


The Dashboard is divided into several sections, each giving you insight into different aspects of your usage.


1. Time Range Filter

At the top of the page, you can select a time range to control what data is displayed.

  • Adjust the start and end dates
  • All metrics and data update based on your selection

This allows you to analyze performance for a specific period, such as a campaign window or monthly reporting.


2. Key Metrics Overview

The top section displays key performance metrics:

  • Total Profiles

Shows how many contacts are in your system

    • Added to the System: Total contacts stored
    • Added to a Campaign: Contacts used in campaigns
  • Total SMSes (Sent + Received)

Displays messaging activity

    • Sent SMSes
    • SMS segments (message volume)
    • Received SMSes
  • Total Calls (Outbound + Inbound)

Shows call activity

    • Outbound calls
    • Outbound call minutes
    • Inbound calls
    • Inbound call minutes

These metrics give you a quick snapshot of your communication volume and activity.


3. Upcoming Campaigns

This section shows when there are campaigns that are scheduled but not yet executed.

You can see:

  • Campaign Name
  • List Name (target group)
  • Scheduled Time
  • Status (e.g. Scheduled)

This helps you stay on top of what is about to happen.



4. Campaign History

Here you can review previously executed campaigns.

You can see:

  • Campaign Name
  • List Name
  • List Size
  • Started At
  • Status (e.g. Completed)

This section is useful for tracking past activity and verifying that campaigns have run successfully.
