What do the different KPIs mean on the Campaign Report and Detailed Report?
Learn the definitions of different KPIs to understand what you should track and how these relate to other soft targets and conversion metrics.
Campaign Report -page
- Added Contacts: Contact List size
- Contacts in Progress: How many contacts are still waiting for an action to be executed, such as a second attempt (Note: often 1–2 contacts may remain “stuck” here due to data interruptions between the operator and our system)
- Finished Contacts: How many contacts have had all actions in the campaign executed
- Outbound: Amount of Outbound Calls
- Inbound: Amount of Inbound Calls
- Avg Duration: Total Duration of all Calls divided with Total amount of Picked-Up Calls
- Reached: Total amount of Picked-Up Calls
- Reached %: Amount of Picked-Up calls divided with all calls (Outbound + Inbound)

Detailed Report -page
- Finished Calls: Listened Through Rate from all contacts
- Answered Calls: Total amount of Picked-Up Calls
- Answered Calls Rate: Picked-Up calls divided with all calls (Outbound + Inbound)
- Calls Made: Amount of Outbound Calls
- Calls Received: Amount of Inbound Calls
- Sent SMS: all sent SMS (in-call, No-Answer SMS)
- Average Call Duration: Total Duration of all Calls divided with Total amount of Picked-Up Calls
