Why a Campaign is not visible in the Schedule? (Untested status explained)

Learn why your Campaign may not appear in the Schedule view and how to resolve the “Untested” status.

If your Campaign is not showing up in the Schedule page, the most common reason is that it is in an Untested state. This status indicates that recent changes have not been properly saved and validated.

This is a safeguard to ensure that all changes are properly tested and saved before a Campaign can be scheduled and executed.

What Does “Untested” Mean?

A Campaign is marked as Untested when:

  • The Campaign itself has unsaved changes
  • One or more Modules used in the Campaign have unsaved changes
  • A Module has been modified but not tested after the changes

Even small actions—such as clicking around and making minor adjustments—can cause the Campaign or Module to enter an Untested state.

Why Untested Campaigns Don’t Appear in Schedule

Only Tested Campaigns can be scheduled.

If a Campaign is marked as Untested:

  • It will not appear in the Schedule page
  • It cannot be executed until the status is updated

How to Fix It

To move a Campaign from Untested → Tested, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Module(s) used in the Campaign
  2. Click Test
  3. Click Save
  4. Go back to the Campaign
  5. Click Save

Once both the Module(s) and the Campaign are saved after testing, the Campaign status will update to Tested.

Summary

  • Untested status = unsaved or untested changes
  • Untested Campaigns cannot be scheduled
  • Always Test and Save Modules first, then Save the Campaign

Following this process ensures your Campaign is ready to be scheduled and executed.
