How to Verify Email Domain?
This section is only visible if you are an admin user
Optimized App > Left Navigation Bar > Organizational Settings > Email Settings
- Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Email Settings screen.
- For a domain you want to verify, click the Verify Domain button. Doing so opens a popup where all the steps for domain verification are listed.
- To be successful, the process needs:
- Addition of DNS Records for Sending
- Addition of MX Records
- Addition of DNS Records
You can contact your network administrator for the successful execution of these steps.
- Once this is done, click the Verify DNS Settings button. This completes the process.
Once DNS settings are verified from the user end, it takes around 48 hours for Optimized.app to verify the domain.
