How to check and change Sender ID for an in-call SMS of IVR Voice Module?

From Organizational Settings, you can only see all the SMS Senders that are configured, but that doesn't give you the confirmation of which SMS Sender ID was used in a particular IVR Voice Module.


Follow these instructions to find out which SMS Sender ID was used in a particular IVR Voice Module.


Optimized.App > Left Navigation Bar > Modules > IVR Voice


  1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the IVR Voice Modules page.


  1. Open the Module you want to check or change the Sender ID from.


  1. Click "Next" once to go to Workflow-tab.


  1. Click the "Send SMS" Action and the settings dialogue opens to the right.



  1. After doing the changes, click Save to save the latest changes.


  1. Once the required changes are made, navigate to the Review-tab and Save the Module.
