How to View Contact Attributes?

This section is only visible if you are an admin user

Optimized.app > Left Navigation Bar > Organizational Settings

1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the SMS Settings screen.

2. From the tabs listed at the top, click Contact Attributes. Doing so takes you to the Attributes grid.

3. Here, all the attributes you want to appear in the Property dropdown while mapping an imported contact list are displayed.

4. Information regarding each attributed is tabulated via a couple of columns that include Name and Type.

5. To delete an attribute, click the Delete button.
