**How to add Duration Targets to IVR Voice Module Workflow? **
By adding Duration Targets you can measure and optimize your conversion, calculate ROI and later you can use them as triggers to initiate other automated actions.
- Navigate to IVR Voice Modules and choose the IVR Voice Module you want the Duration Targets to be added to.

- After clicking the Voice Module, you should see IVR Voice Module Settings -tab.

- Click "Next" to move over to Workflow -tab.

- Scroll down the Toolbar until you see the Targets:
- Response Target = track key responses
- Event Target = track key events
- Duration Target = track duration
- Drag-and-drop Duration Target to Workflow

- Now you should see a Duration Target in the Workflow and when you click it, a dialog opens in the right side.

- In the right-side dialog, you can set these properties:
- Target Name (this name is used everywhere in reporting and other conditions)
- Monetary value (e.g. 5 €)
- Duration value (how many seconds from the Start for this target to be reached)

- Click "Save" in the right-side dialog. If you don't want to set other Targets, click "Next" in the upper right corner.

- Test the call if needed and click "Save Module".
Note: You can add multiple Duration Targets per Voice Module.
