Create a flexible high-performing Reminder Flow using Modules

Thanks to Modules, each step in your Sequence can be quickly replaced with another Module. Whether it's a message or channel you want to optimize.

Whether you are integrated or not, efficient usage of Modules makes it smoother for you.

Step-by-step guide

1. Plan your Sequence

Define the goal, steps, messaging, and channels (e.g. SMS, Voice, Email). Tools like Miro can help visualize your flow.

2. Create the Sequence Campaign in Optimized.App

3. Build the Workflow

Go to the Workflow tab and use the builder to structure your flow (e.g. SMS → Voice → Email → SMS).

4. Save your setup and test it

Now it's time to see what works and what could work better.

5. Import Contacts & Schedule

Upload your contact list and launch the Campaign. You can let Recommendation Engine to define the best possible time.

6. Measure and Optimize

Compare the effectiveness of each step. Based on results, replace or tweak underperforming Modules with other Modules, without interrupting your live campaign. You can build alternative versions for each step and swap them in instantly.

Also, each Sequence Campaign has a unique Campaign ID. You can use this in your API integrations, even as you update Modules, change order and optimize your flow, your backend logic remains stable. Alternatively, you can use multiple Broadcast Campaigns each with its own UUID and handle conditional flows and combinations in your own system.
