Wiraya needs

  • Minimum 1 number to connect customers directly through to customer service (e.g. via key choice 1 )
  • This number should be a specific number for Wiraya customers and preferably marked clear for customer service agents 
  • Number for customers to call from the SMS (can be same as above, can be new specific number, or a general customer service number) 
  • Opening hours for the numbers above 

Client should decide if they would like to see customers mobile number or Wiraya's outgoing number when a customers
