# How to Recover your Account Password?

**1.** Once on the login screen, click the Forgot password? hyperlink. This takes you to the Forgot your password screen.

**2.** Here, enter the email address with which your account is registered in the Email Address field.

**3.** Once entered, click the Reset Password button. This sends a password recovery link to the provided email address.

**4.** Open the email inbox and follow on-screen instructions to reset your account password.

After reseting your password, make sure two-factor authentication is enabled in your user settings.
