How to Recover your Account Password?

1. Once on the login screen, click the Forgot password? hyperlink. This takes you to the Forgot your password screen.

2. Here, enter the email address with which your account is registered in the Email Address field.

3. Once entered, click the Reset Password button. This sends a password recovery link to the provided email address.

4. Open the email inbox and follow on-screen instructions to reset your account password.

After reseting your password, make sure two-factor authentication is enabled in your user settings.
