How to Find and Copy Unique Identifiers (IDs) for Campaigns and Other Objects
You may need the IDs of different objects when building an integration, or our Support team may ask you to provide them. These IDs are unique identifiers that allow us to locate and identify specific objects within the platform and database.
In this article, I will guide you on where to find the following IDs:
- Group ID (uniquely identifies each customer account/tenant)
- Campaign ID (uniquely identifies each campaign and is used, for example, in API requests)
- Module ID (uniquely identifies each Module)
- Action ID (uniquely identifies each Action, such as a call intro)
- List ID and Contact ID
How to find Group ID?
- **Go to Integration-tab in Organizational Settings **

How to find Campaign ID?
- Go to View Campaigns
- Select a Campaign and click the three dots
- Click "Copy ID". It's now copied to your clipboard.

How to find Module ID?
- Go to Modules
- Select the Module of which ID you want to Copy. Click three dots.
- Click "Copy ID".

How to find Action ID in Sequence Campaign?
- Open the Sequence Campaign
- Navigate to Workflow
- Right-click the Campaign Action of which you want to copy the Action ID
- Click "Copy Action ID". Now the ID is copied to your clipboard.

How to find Action ID in IVR Voice Module / 2-Way SMS Module?
- Navigate to Modules
- Select the Module
- Navigate to Workflow
- Right-click the Action and click "Copy Action ID"

How to find Contact List ID?
- Go to Contact Lists
- Select the Contact List and open it by clicking it
- List ID is mentioned there

How to find the Contact ID?
- On the same page than above, you can see the Contact ID of each contact

Now that you know where to find these IDs, building integrations becomes much easier. The idea is that the user interface and backend processes work hand in hand, allowing everyone to focus on value-creating tasks, whether in the business or technical domain.
